Amazingly responsive, helpful, and honest. I contacted Brent to ask about repairing a palette jack that I use to move tools and cabinets around my workshop. Because it is a personal use item, I made it clear that I was on a limited budget.Brent suggested the most economical solution would be to bring the faulty pump to his shop. The day after I left it there, Brent emailed me to report that because the pump is a weird obsolete size, he could fix it but custom parts might not make it economical to do so. He suggested that he could sell me a new jack for the same price it would cost to fix mine. But then he went on to report that Princess Auto currently has an even better deal available on a current sale.Essentially, Brent talked his way out of the job. Such forthrightness is extraordinary and very much appreciated.Thank you Brent!
